Yet, the quietude is complemented by unparalleled convenience. Our home is a testament to modern living with a peaceful edge. It boasts three elegantly furnished bedrooms and two baths, each meticulously outfitted for an exceptional stay. Recent renovations celebrate a contemporary aesthetic, featuring a kitchen adorned with gleaming quartz countertops and state-of-the-art Stainless Steel appliances. Every corner tells a story of attention to detail: from the freshly painted interiors & exteriors to the radiant new tile floors. The house basks in the glow of recessed lighting and updated fixtures, all thoughtfully installed throughout the space. Experience comfort and efficiency with brand new dual pane windows, complete with blinds, ensuring a tranquil atmosphere inside. Our home isn’t just a place to stay; it's where convenience and tranquility coexist in beautiful harmony. Pets are not allowed at this property. Violating the no-pet rules will result in eviction & HOA and/or RnR-imposed fines of up to $1,500. We understand the importance of Trained Service & ESA dogs & can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay—we have many of them. If you have a service/support dog, are unable to find alternate lodging & insist on staying in this property, you will be charged a refundable security deposit to cover any damage, extra cleaning, or fines for violating the HOA and/or RnR house rules. This home has security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements. We care about your safety and security. We do not permit any video security devices inside our homes. Please Note: We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. Local ordinances ensure you and our neighbors enjoy the peace and beauty of our community. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise and too many vehicles. This home is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and monitors decibel levels in living areas and outside to protect you from noise complaints. **Based on the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken extra steps in disinfecting our homes. We have a zero-contact, self-check-in process.** Guest access Guests have access to the whole house minus the garage. Features: - Keyless entry with door code upon arrival. - Free Internet Wi-Fi. - Family Room: Netflix, Ethernet cables. - Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers. - Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap. - Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent and softener. -We may have linens in the washer. We apologize. We can't wait for them to finish the cycle as we finish cleaning the house early. Sorry for the inconvenience. -Parking is on the street only. You are welcome to park on the Driveway but we don't recommend it since it's small. Check-in: 5 pm. Check-out: 11 am. Other things to note Additional rental agreement required for 29+ night stays 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur. - Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house. - No parties allowed. - Please inform to the host of any visitors during your stay. - No pets. - No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee). - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither). - Locals must contact us before booking. Please note that we respond to all inquiries between 8 AM to 10 PM (PST); messages after will be attended the next day. Thanks for understanding. We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
