This property is located in the lovely town of Prenton on the Wirral Peninsula. It is a 10min drive from Birkenhead town centre. In the opposite direction you will find the picturesque area of West Kirby 🏖️ & also Hoylake ⛳️. A full refurbishment program was completed in February 2024. The space The kitchen boasts a huge 25sqm area with a breakfast bar overlooking the Indian sandstone patio and lawned garden 🪴. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen 🧺. Only a 3 minute walk from the house and you’ll be able to jump a bus 🚌 to Liverpool (20min journey). The supermarket is only a 5min walk away.
