Ideal for families or friends traveling together, the two accommodations are independent, combining proximity and privacy to spend a beautiful group vacation. The space Each house is comfortably furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Access to the houses is via a private courtyard. Each is composed of: - A living-dining room with XXL sofa, LED and UHD screen for immersive evenings. The sofa, convertible, can accommodate two extra beds (4+2 per accommodation) - A dining room equipped with a table that can easily accommodate 6 people. - A well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. We provide a breakfast area with coffee machine, kettle, toaster and some treats for your first morning. Each accommodation has its own washing machine. - A bathroom with shampoo/shower gel, hairdryer and fresh towels at your disposal. On the lower floor: - A large master bedroom with double bed and dedicated workspace. The other bedroom has two single beds and a large desk with comfortable chairs. A dressing room is present in every room. All spaces have fast internet connection, fresh linen, shutters and automatic heating for your comfort. Enjoy also two beautiful terraces, ideal for alfresco dining or just to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The house is located in a quiet, family and safe area. Guest access All the rooms are at your disposal except for one storage room per accommodation that we use as a storage space. Line 7 offers a convenient connection to the iconic sites of Paris, such as the Louvre, Notre-Dame, the Opéra Garnier, and downtown Paris Châtelet in 20 minutes.
