Near Flinders Uni/FMC - Private Studio with it all

A bright and airy fully furnished bed-sit, perfect home base to stay while visiting friends and family. Choice of coffee/tea and varied breakfast options on arrival. The space This private bed-sit has a queen size bed, lounge area, tv, dining table seating for 6 (great for dinners, studying books or maps). Plenty of built in cupboards for hanging for stowing your clothes. To combat Adelaide's extremes in weather, the space has it's own heating and cooling air conditioner if you want to leave the front windows closed when the sea breeze isn't blowing. Your own fully equipped kitchen has full size fridge, electric oven with hotplates, microwave and pantry cupboards. Cooking pots and utensils and crockery/cutlery, kettle and toaster, mean you can save money by making all your meals at home during your stay. Basic grocery items in pantry include oil, salt/pepper, flour, rice etc. Flat has it's own shower, basin and toilet. The studio is not suitable for infants or children and is equipped for 2 adults only. Guest access This is a completely self contained studio flat with it's own entrance so you won't want for anything else, but if you do, we live right upstairs and are happy to share our spaces or what ever you need. My property is a work in progress but you are welcome to wander around the large property and look for the koalas or kookaburras who often come to visit. Other things to note The Flinder's campus is built on a hill and the walk from our house involves going up the hill but it is downhill to return. My house is also built on top of a hill which offers great views of the treetops but does mean you have to access a long, steep drive to reach us. I drive up and down it every day but some don't like to. If this is you or you have big bags, I will pop down to the street and collect you if I am home :). I drive past Flinders Hospital every morning so if you are ready when we are leaving I can drop you at either FMC or the uni in the mornings. A bus along main road will drop you 10 minute walk from home in the evenings. I am close to the Flinder's campus but the campus is not close to anywhere- please bear this in mind when booking. I will gladly take you to the supermarket as soon as possible after your arrival so your can stock up on food.
