The space In the Beskid mountains, overlooking Rożnowskie Lake, awaits a unique 1960s modernist villa designed by poet Ludwik Jerzy Kern. He lived and created here with his wife, actress Marta Stebnicka, producing numerous poems, books, and plays. The house is filled with original mementos: Kern’s typewriter, fishing rods, furniture, books, and decorations. Surrounded by forest, it offers complete privacy, peace, and a perfect setting for rest or focus. It attracts actors, writers, newlyweds, families, travelers, politicians, and those seeking soulful, tranquil, luxurious retreats. Renovated in 2024, it preserves its original style, mementos, and furniture while adding modern amenities. The expansive garden spans thousands of square meters, featuring a decades-old orchard, private forest, and a meadow for sledding in winter. High-speed fiber internet and a dedicated workspace support remote work. A secure fence allows dogs to roam safely across the orchard, garden, and forest. Nestled in the forest and built into a western slope descending to the lake, it boasts views of the mountains, lake, forest, and the ruins of a medieval castle. The lower level has a living room with a fireplace, library, table, and bed, opening to a large terrace with a pool and lake views. Upstairs, a spacious kitchen with a large table overlooks the forest.
