Small stone house located in the characteristic square of the village of Scurano (PR), the "gate" of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, a UNESCO reserve. Spread over 3 floors, it is organized as follows: - Entrance with iron spiral staircase - 1st floor: living room with new kitchen, wooden table, sofa and working fireplace - 2nd floor: double bedroom with small bathroom - 3rd floor (attic): bedroom/study A few meters from the primary services: grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, newsstand, post office The space The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. There is a double bed and two single beds (in the attic). The accommodation is not recommended for small children (steep stairs without protection).
