Connecting these homes is a spacious backyard oasis with luxurious landscaping, putting green, and an exquisite inground private saltwater pool with a captivating water feature. This spacious retreat features a 3-bedroom (4bd) main house plus a 1- bedroom (3bd) private guest house, offering room to gather and space to unwind. Inside, you’ll find cozy living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful sleeping arrangements for families, couples, or groups. Sip coffee on the front porch overlooking the neighborhood green space and community fire pit, then spend your afternoons enjoying the fenced backyard with private saltwater pool, putting green, grill, and outdoor lounge areas. The guest house includes its own living space, kitchenette, and a large open loft—perfect for added privacy or extra guests. Whether you’re here for lake days, slow mornings, or a relaxing village escape, Firefly Adventures offers a stay that feels straight out of a magazine. Nestled in the heart of this lakeside community, our property is centrally located within walking distance of delightful restaurants and serene parks. Ideal for hosting large groups, bachelorette parties, wedding parties, bridal showers, or family vacations, our versatile space offers unmatched convenience and charm. Discover the perfect setting for your special event. Guest access Guest Access & Parking Guests may park in the uncovered parking area along the back alley or on the street in front of the home. The property offers two convenient gated entrances—one at the front and one at the back—for easy access. Carlton Landing is a walkable village, with shops, green spaces, and lake access just steps away. For added convenience and fun, we offer a golf cart rental which you’ll find in “other details and notes” section. Other things to note EV Charging, Pool Heating & Golf Cart Use We offer complimentary EV charging, conveniently located at the back gate near the guest cottage, with easy access via the alleyway. Guests may also enjoy our heated pool, maintained up to 90°F, for an additional $100.00 per day. This fee helps offset propane costs and ensures a comfortable swimming experience throughout your stay. (Charged for the full length of your stay) A 4-passenger golf cart is available for exploring Carlton Landing: • 1–3 night stays: $50 per day (Charged for the full length of your stay) • 4+ night stays: (Complimentary use included) At the time of booking, please let us know if you would like the pool heated and for how many days, as well as whether you would like to use the golf cart during your stay. We would like to be prepared to accommodate a 5 star experience for you and your guests. Please note: All golf cart drivers must be at least 16 years old, in accordance with Carlton Landing community guidelines for use on public streets. Pet-Free Home: For the comfort and health of all guests, this home is maintained as a strictly pet-free, pet-hair-free environment. Pets are not permitted due to allergen, dander, and marking concerns. Any violation of this policy may result in a $500 fee and removal from the property. Exterior security cameras are in place.
