Located on the beach, this home offers peek a boo ocean views and a variety of bed configurations to choose from making it an ideal beach retreat for families. The kitchen provides generous granite countertop space and stainless steel appliances. The living room and dining room offer plenty of space and comfort for all and the mattresses have all been thoughtfully updated for your comfort. Additional amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, loungers, grills and beach essentials provided. The space Condo Features: Primary Bedroom - Large primary suite with king bed and twin daybed. Private ensuite balcony access, cable TV and walk in closet. Private ensuite bath with updated shower. Second Bedroom - Queen bed with bunkbed and smart TV. Hallway Bathroom – Shower/tub combination. Living Room -Plush leather sofa's with recliners and cable TV. Sliding glass door balcony access. Kitchen - Well-equipped kitchen with generous granite countertop space and stainless steel appliances. Private Balcony - Peak a boo ocean views on the balcony, accessible through primary bedroom or living room. Additional Amenities: 1 reserved parking space (guest spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis) Heated Pool Spa / Hot Tub Free private Wi-Fi Smart TV's Private Washer/Dryer Beach Gear Provided Fully Equipped Kitchen Free Local Guide (sent in check in instructions) Know before you go: Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out. Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians. Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RVs on the premises. Pet Policy: No pets are allowed. Accessibility: Located on Floor 2 - accessible by 2 flights of stairs or use elevator to access level 4 above parking garage. Fireplace: Fireplace is not for guest use. Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent and must sign renter agreement. July 4th Holiday: If you are booking during the week of July 4th, you may be required by the association to wear a wristband in order to access facilities (pool, hot tub, etc.). ONLY 6 WRISTBANDS are distributed for this condo. The association will require to view your lease and will provide wristbands. Any guests over 6 will not be provided a wristband and are subject to eviction.
