2 BDR w/ 2 Parking Slots and Valet in Batel

We are in a super well-located building almost at the beginning of Avenida do Batel. It is about 80 meters from Scavollo Restaurant and about 150 meters from Crystal Shopping. The Hard Rock Café is also about 3 blocks away. It has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each bedroom, gym, sauna, 24-hour concierge, barbecue. I also have quality wifi internet. We have two parking spaces with valet parking The apartment is equipped with everything you need to stay comfortably in Curitiba. The space The apartment is super cozy. It has two bedrooms, one suite with a double bed, and another bedroom with a queen bed (a double bed slightly smaller than the double bed - 1.88 by 1.28 wide). In addition to a guest bathroom, a kitchen equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils, and a living room with a very comfortable sofa. The building is well equipped with a fitness center, barbecue, children's area and 24-hour concierge. The garage has a valet for the building. Just let the intercom know you're coming down and the valet will have the car ready for you to leave. This is an amenity that hardly exists in Curitiba. Guest access Guests must let us know in advance if they want to access any common areas. Other things to note Parking has a fee of 30 reais per car per stay. If you come in 2 cars, you will pay 60 reais to install the tags on both cars. This is the cost to install an electronic tag that opens and closes the gate. Without it, there's no way to get into the garage. Valet service is on us. We already pay for it monthly. :)
