Bright & Cheery Bedroom near Downtown

Pretty & cozy bedroom, queen bed w/ natural bedding. There is a large desk in the room. The bathroom next door is solely yours, it has clawfoot bathtub, there is a shower upstairs in a shared bathroom. Super fast internet. We're a couple living in the primary bedroom and we rent out our 2 guest rooms. You'll get to meet Trixie, our very cute 2-year-old dog! Our home is on a safe, central street near downtown Santa Rosa, offering easy access to Highways 101 & 12. Just half a block away, you'll find the newly opened Mitote food truck court, a fantastic spot for the best Mexican food in one lively place! We also have a large backyard with a salt water pool (open May - Sep) and a beautiful, spacious front porch, as well as back patio perfect for relaxing. Guest access You will have full access to your bedroom, bathroom, upstairs bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, front porch and backyard as well. And the pool May - Sep. During your stay You'll likely see us making meals in the kitchen and playing with our pup inside and out. We are friendly, but will take your lead as for how much interaction you prefer. Other things to note No pets. If you have a service animal please let us know ahead of time so we can figure out how to handle that with our pet(s). Maximum daytime guests is 2 people. We have 3 off street parking spaces, and 3 on street. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited. Quiet hours are 9:00 pm - 8:00 am Our Short Term Permit number is SVR23-163, and our TOT number is 1825.
