🏡 Welcome to the Villa "La Pernes du Nord", located in the charming Provencal village of Pernes-les-Fontaines, 15 minutes from Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and 40 minutes from Mont Ventoux. 🌿 Ideal for a peaceful stay with family or friends, the villa is in a quiet area, a few steps from the center, accessible on foot or by bike (rental possible in the municipality). 🛎️ A local concierge service is available during your stay. The space Beautiful charming family villa of 150 m², offering beautiful outdoor spaces with an equipped summer kitchen. Several relaxation, dining and play areas are arranged around the pool, to offer you comfort and conviviality. A perfect spot to meet and share good times! 🙌 🤍 On the ground floor: • A welcoming entrance • Fully equipped kitchen • A spacious living room that opens onto the dining room • A TV area • Two air-conditioned bedrooms, each overlooking the terrace and pool (160 cm double bed and 180 cm double bed or 2 90 cm single beds) • One bedroom (non-air-conditioned but with fan / double bed 180 or 2 single beds 90) • A bathroom • A separate toilet • A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer 🤍 Upstairs: • A master bedroom, with dressing room (160 cm double bed) • A bathroom • A separate toilet • Small bonus: a private terrace to enjoy the calm and the view. 🍖 A gas barbecue is available for your use (mandatory cleaning after use) for your evenings outdoors. 🏊‍♀️ The pool is unheated and open from May to September. The pool attendant may be required to come by during your stay for pool maintenance.
