My apartment is located in one of the old and respectable central part of Tbilisi - Vera District, few steps from Rustaveli Avenue and Tbilisi Concert Hall which is very popular for tourists. Location makes it even more valuable as it is located close to the historical part of the city. Also next to trendiest Hotel "Rooms Hotel Tbilisi" and ”Stamba Hotel” 10-minute walking distance to the Rustaveli metro station. There are a lot of markets and restaurants nearby. The area is safe and calm. The space We have just renovated our apartment. 55 sq.m loft consists with one studio space with fully equipped kitchen with kettle and one bedroom . There are washing machine, iron and hair dryer. A little hall and a bathroom. There is sitting place with a sofa bed, also very comfortable for a sleep In total, we provide one bedroom and a sofa bed. Apartment is located on the second floor of the building. Loft is located in Vera district , the oldest part of the city with lots of charm and character. Vera neighborhood is a great area for those who love walk and explore beautiful houses built in 18th.
