Located above the Via Francigena, two minutes from the Spa and the Casino, in a convenient location to visit side valleys and castles. We are located 20 minutes from the first ski areas of the Cervino Valley, 20 minutes from Aosta and the charming Forte di Bard (UNESCO World Heritage Site). The space 49 sqm accommodation consisting of an open space with a full and habitable kitchen (including a dishwasher) and a living room with two armchairs (one of which becomes a bed); a double bedroom with the possibility of joining the bed or dividing it so that it becomes 2 single beds; a bathroom with a bidet, shower, toilet, sink cabinet and washing machine; a panoramic balcony with deckchairs and a coffee table. A green area available to guests with a sofa, deckchairs and a sunbed. Guest access To access the accommodation, you have to walk a slight slope that runs alongside the building, after which there are 6/7 steps to get to the landing where the entrance door is located.
