Built up size 1065sf with 3 room 2 bath and a balcony with Genting Highlands view. We provide: - Tent: 2x Single bed (2 pax) - Bedroom 1: 1x Queen bed w/ en suite bathroom (2 pax) - Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed (2 pax) - Bedroom 3: 2x bunk bed (4 pax) - High speed WiFi 300Mbps - Bedroom w/ wardrobe, bed linen, fan - Bathroom w/ hot shower, bath towels, hair and body shampoo - Hair dryer - TV - Board games Kitchen: - Fridge; - Toaster; - Microwave; - Electric kettle; - Water filter; - Simple cutlery & dishware (NO stove/hood, NO pan/wok). Guest access - Self-check-in with keyless entry - Free parking at any available parking bay located at multi-storey car park at level Ground floor (B1) / LG9 (B2) / LG8 (B3), first come first served basis - Outdoor swimming pool - Children playground - BBQ area (pre booking required, subject to availability, available daily until 10pm) - Fitness centre - Pickleball courts (rental fee RM25 per hour weekdays or RM45 per hour for weekends, pre booking required, subject to availability) Other things to note Please take a moment to read our House Rules: * Security Deposit A security deposit of RM300 is collected upon check-in to cover any potential damages or extra charges. It will be fully refunded within 24 hours after checkout if everything is in good order. Thank you for your understanding! * Late Checkout Check-out time is by 12 noon. A fee of RM50 will apply for every 30 minutes of delay. * Lost Access Card A replacement fee of RM100 will be charged for any lost card. * No Smoking Indoors To keep the home fresh for everyone, smoking is not allowed. Deodorization and sterilization may incur a RM300 fee if needed. * Damages and Missing Items Any damages, losses, or broken items may be deducted from your security deposit. * Extra Overnight Guests Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. An additional RM100 per person will apply for any extra overnight guests not included in the booking * No Pets To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we do not allow pets. Deep cleaning charges for pet fur or odors: RM300 * No Parties or Barbecues or Heavy Cooking We love a good time too, but large gatherings and BBQs aren't allowed inside. Extra cleaning for stains: RM150 Deodorization for heavy cooking odors: RM300 Bedding stain cleaning: RM50 per linen * Kitchen Courtesy Kindly wash all utensils before you check out. We appreciate it! * Shoes Off Indoors Please help us keep the floors clean and cozy by removing your shoes indoors. * Do not reallocate furniture/bed. * Do not littering at balcony or corridor. * Save electricity. * Power off water heater after used to avoid short circuit. * No loud noises, quiet hours begin at 10pm.
