Welcome to our cozy and comfortable three-bedroom, two-living room, and toilet space! Two of the three bedrooms have a standard double bed (150x190cm) and one has a king size bed (180x190cm), suitable for families or multiple travelers. Our home is just a 5-minute walk from Taipei Arena and a 3-minute walk from Exit 2 of National Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall Station, with convenient transportation. The building has an elevator, so you don't have to worry about moving your luggage. Surrounding lifestyle is perfect, with breakfast shops, brunch restaurants, local snacks, convenience stores and supermarkets, allowing you to experience the local style of Taipei. Each guest is provided with a bath towel for an easy check-in and a worry-free trip. We're sorry, but we're unable to provide luggage storage due to limited space. If you use it, please leave the cash in the house when you check out: • Crib: NT$500 • Baby bath: NT$100 • Baby high chair: NT$100 Please let us know what you need to use before check-in so we can prepare it for you in advance. Other things to note —----- Early check-in and late check-out ------ • Early check-in is not guaranteed if you arrive before 3:00pm. Early check-in or late check-out is available at NT$200 per hour. • Early check-in is subject to availability on the day and can be confirmed up to 2 days before check-in. • If your flight arrives in the morning and you need to be able to check in immediately, we recommend booking the night before. • If your flight is in the evening on the day of check-out, you can also consider booking an extra night to make your trip more flexible. —-----Other things to note------ 1. To maintain peace in the community, please lower the volume and keep quiet after 10:00 pm. 2. All indoor smoking is prohibited and a USD 200 cleaning and fine fee will be charged for violations. 3. Please make sure to book correctly based on the actual number of guests. 4. Please turn off lights and air conditioners when going out. 5. Please use the facilities in the house properly and avoid leaving any marks on the walls or equipment. 6. Please make sure the door is locked when you leave. 7. One towel per person will be provided per stay based on the actual number of guests. If you need extra towels, please let us know in advance before check-in and we will arrange them for you at a cost of NT$100 per towel.
