Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and Nespresso machine (bring your own pods or purchase from me). Washing machine available in the laundry. Ground Floor: Kitchen, toilet room, laundry Living Room has a 2.5 seater sofa and you can use the floor airbed in the cupboard if required. Level 1: Room 1: Queen bed Room 2: Queen bed Bathroom with shower, basin and toilet Request for sofa or airbed bedding and linen 48 hours before arrival if required. Then free for unlimited time from 6pm to 8:30am in the morning. Closest secure parking station is 5 minutes walk away at Point Parking at 2 Central Avenue Car Park.
