Guest access Alessa Lofts only share the common area of the terrace so that any guest can enjoy their view and the sunsets! Other things to note We are located in the heart of downtown Cancun, walking distance from Costco, Soriana and the two emblematic stadiums of Cancun (Andres Quintana Roo de las Iguanas de Cancún de football soccer and the Beto Avila de los Tigres de Quintana Roo baseball). Just in front we have Kabah Park, one of the few natural walkable enclosures in a 100% natural environment with local vegetation and wildlife. We are surrounded by different restaurants with all kinds of food such as China, Spanish, Seafood, Mexican Breakfasts, Churrascarías, Tacos and more. On one side is Banco Santander por if they wanted to take Mexican pesos and a Go Mart (grocery store and basic products with 24 hours in addition to a gas station). We have free parking and 24 hour security in addition to daily housekeeping if needed.
