Guests are provided with their own keys for the property, a housekeeper stays in the staff quarters and there is 24-hours security. Please ensure the correct number of guests are on the booking to avoid your booking being cancelled. Visitor Policy Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval. Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking. Date Changes Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC). Cancellation & Refunds All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable. All Service bookings are non-refundable.
