“Meadows Nest” is a newly renovated 2-bedroom, self-contained apartment with private access. It features a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and all the comforts of home for a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, couples, friends, or business travellers, it’s perfectly located between Wollongong’s stunning coastline and vibrant city centre - just 10 minutes away - offering easy access to beaches, cafés, shops, and local attractions. The space The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pod machine. You’ll find all cookware, utensils, and dinnerware needed for anything from a quick breakfast to a family meal. Enjoy dining at the breakfast bar, at the table, or on the balcony. After a day out, relax in the cosy lounge room with a large smart TV, or step outside to the spacious balcony and take in the peaceful views. The balcony features high-stool seating, comfortable lounges, and an outdoor kitchen area with a sink, fridge, and BBQ - perfect for warm summer evenings. Both bedrooms include queen beds, fresh linen, built-in wardrobes, and ceiling fans for comfort. The bathroom offers a shower, a bath suitable for children, towels, body wash, hand soap, and a hairdryer. The apartment also includes a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, iron, and ironing board - ideal for extended stays. Guest access Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is 10am. Guests have completely private access to the apartment via an external staircase at the front of the building. The entire internal space is yours - no shared areas inside the apartment - allowing for a fully independent and relaxing stay. The front yard is a shared space, so you may occasionally see or hear the guests staying downstairs or us tending to the lawns or garbage bins. You will have access to your own private driveway, with ample free street parking available directly in front of the property. Other things to note This apartment sits above another Airbnb. While the space is private, you may occasionally hear guests downstairs or see us outside maintaining the property. We kindly ask that noise is kept to a respectful level after 10pm to ensure a calm environment for everyone. To access the apartment, there is a flight of stairs, so please be aware if you have heavy luggage or if your mobility is not as good as it once was. The apartment does have a some squeaky floorboards, but they don’t bother most guests, pose no safety concerns, or impact the functionality of the space. We provide a small starter pack of essentials - tea, coffee pods, sugar, toilet paper, hand soap, washing and laundry detergent, and basic cooking condiments - to help you settle in. Please note, we do not provide Shampoo & Conditioner.
