Welcome! This charming home is located on a quiet street just minutes from downtown St. Paul. This cozy private bedroom is on the second floor while the shared bathroom is on the first floor along with the kitchen, living room, and laundry room. The bathroom is shared with one long-term male guest who occupies the other second-floor room. The space Nestled on a quiet street near downtown St. Paul, this private bedroom and ensuite bathroom offer the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Popular attractions such as the Excel Center, Ordway and many local restaurants are just minutes away via bus, bike, or car. Make yourself at home with access to a fully equipped kitchen, books and games in the living room, and a convenient laundry room (detergent provided). Guest access You'll have full access to your private bedroom and shared bathroom, as well as the shared kitchen, living room, and laundry room. Feel free to relax on the covered front porch as well! During your stay I live a short distance away and am always happy to offer local tips, answer any questions, or assist with anything you might need. While I will respect your privacy, please reach out if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Other things to note COMMUNAL SPACES: There are two other rooms in this house that other guests may be occupying. They have access to the shared kitchen, living room, and laundry room. Please respect house rules and be considerate in these spaces in order to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all! STAIRS: There are stairs leading up from the street to the front door, as well as a spiral staircase to the second floor. If you have mobility concerns, please consider this when booking. PARKING: There is no designated parking lot or driveway, although street parking is free and usually available conveniently in front of the house. On the off chance parking immediately in front of the house is full, other are open spots within one/two blocks. Please do not park across the street on the parking pad; that is private and does not belong to us. Please do not block neighboring driveways. NOTE: In the case of snow emergencies and plowing schedules, it is possible that parking will be less convenient (still within a block or two) in the winter. Please follow all posted snow removal parking signs.
