Sunsets are magnificent and the view of the bay is breathtaking. A walking distance to over a mile long, almost vacant beach. We are on a quiet dead end street so there is almost no traffic but only the sound of the waves and Caribbean Sea a stones through away. Restaurants and basic grocery shopping are less than 5 minutes walk away. The property is in the heart of authentic Caribbean Village life. Absolutely Beautiful. A quiet side road in an unspoiled neighborhood in the quaint village of Laborie. Parking right in front of the house. The property is fenced and you have a private entrance. Only one other unit shares the property with you. We have a small shared pool in the back yard of the property. There is also the shared use of the washing machine in the back yard. Charles, lives downstairs in his own private space and will be happy to show guests around and answer all questions.
