Large lounge with south facing balcony overlooking beach. Kitchen with dining table. Family bathroom with bath-shower. Great cafes nearby, & 20-min walk along the promenade to Bournemouth pier. Up 2 flights of stairs in a quiet building. Street parking is available 5-10 minute walk away (not outside the flat). NO Wifi at the moment. The space Warm, sunny flat, good sized bedrooms for 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults (second bedroom has twin beds that can zip together into a king). No more than 4 people allowed in the flat at any time. Awesome view of the sea! Relaxed decor, easy to use kitchen. No wifi or tv - good to unplug! Guest access Flat, balcony, & communal gardens in front of the building Other things to note No designated parking, and no wifi. Everything does need to be carried up 2 flights of stairs into the flat. Some of the building residents work nights, so please come and go quietly.
