Also upstairs is Bedroom #2 which has a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom #4 has a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Off-street parking is available in the driveway for 2-4 vehicles. Carmel is a famously dog-friendly town and this is a dog-friendly home with a built-in doggie door and a fenced yard. (Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.) Please note that due to the location of this home, cell service and WiFi is limited.
