GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION: The house is located south of Guérande and its ramparts and a short walk from La Baule, our villa is 400 m from Nau beach and the promenade of the port, where shops and local specialties await you. Don't forget to explore the wild coast, with its picturesque coves and varied landscapes, a perfect setting for walks in any season. Other things to note We work with a concierge to make your stay pleasant and perfectly organized. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. for the key handover and a full tour of the accommodation with all the necessary explanations. For arrivals after 7 p.m., check-in will be carried out independently via a lockbox. The concierge will contact you about a week before your arrival to arrange the details. A security deposit of €1,500 is required. During your stay, the concierge is available daily between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. (except Wednesday outside of July and August) to answer any questions or intervene if necessary. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. The concierge will contact you 48 hours before your departure to arrange the schedule. For your convenience, linens are provided. A welcome kit (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, etc.), tourist brochures, and, optionally, disposable mattress covers and bathroom products are also available.
