It sleeps 4 with a double bedroom & twin room, both with ensuite shower rooms. Has direct access to a frape mooring for boats up to 12ft! The space The aptly named Waterside Cottage is the ideal Cornish getaway destination for both couples and families. In the living room, you'll also find a smart speaker and an elevated mezzanine day bed, ideal for soaking up the views of the river to your favourite music and podcasts. The property also has direct access to the water with a free, private frape mooring suitable for boats of up to 12ft. Outside the front door is a useful utility shed housing a freezer and washing machine, as well as providing useful exterior storage. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, which has its own private entrance. Other things to note The cottage is split over two floors, which are accessed via stairs. Due to its waterside location, access to the property is down several steps, including approximately 20 steep slate steps. It therefore may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations. We welcome 1 dog with an additional fee of £20. It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms and not left in the property unattended.
