Little Pear Tree is a detached 1 double bedroom bungalow style property with a large open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area plus luxury shower room, fitted and furnished to a high standard. Within walking distance of pretty and popular Stock village with it's wealth of cosy pubs and well known restaurants. Little Pear Tree is a short drive from the wedding venues of Stockbrook, Crondon and Greenwoods, which makes it an ideal short term location for wedding parties, their family and friends. The space The property consists of a large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with a double sofa bed. Air Conditioning in this area. The large SEPARATE double bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as a laundry cupboard fitted with an automitic washing machine for the use of guests. Wall heater. The kitchen does NOT have a full cooker or fitted hob. There is a combination microwave / oven and grill plus a single portable electric hob, an air fryer and a fridge with small freezer section. The shower room has a large walk-in shower, wash basin and W.C. Heated towel rail. There are several pubs within walking distance that offer meals throughout the day including breakfast. PLEASE NOTE. We DO NOT have a 'proper' E.V Charging point, the nearest is roughly 2 miles away, but guests are welcome to charge their vehicle from the property using the outside plug provided with an adapator (Not provided) SUBJECT TO A CHARGE OF £10 PER CHARGE. We have an honesty box for payments. Guest access You have the use of the entire property with own parking space for up to 2 cars and a small private patio area with table and 4 chairs. Other things to note We can offer transport to and from the various wedding venues in the area (subject to an additional charge) if required. Billericay mainline station to London Liverpool Street is a short car journey away or there is a regular bus service (No 300) which has a bus stop within walking distance of us. The No 300 runs every 20 minutes or so from Chelmsford to Basildon via Billericay. Please note.
