Completely new beautifully decorated apartment with easy access to many nearby towns (Ridgefield, Pound Ridge, New Canaan, Katonah, Bedford, etc.) We are near many hiking trails and parks such as Sal J. Prezioso Mountain Lakes Park. If you are planning to enjoy a day in NYC, we are only 1hr away either by car or train (New Canaan or Katonah Train Station are 15 min away). We have renovated the entire place with a lot of care and special touches for an incredible stay. We hope you love it! The space You will have access to a spacious studio apartment attached to a private home. The apartment has its own private entrance as well as a full kitchen and private living space. The property has parking space for guests right by the apartment entrance and has smart lock for easy access. We are in a quiet street filled with beautiful large trees, provided a really peaceful space for your stay. Guest access You will have full access to the apartment, except the cleaner's supply closet. There will also be space in the driveway for you to park a car free of charge. Other things to note Please note that this is an apartment above the garage attached to a private There are stairs to get to the apartment. We do not have a bath tub and the apartment is not childproofed. A few safety notes: - Please be careful walking on the bathroom with wet feet. We have left a few bath mats for your use. - There is a fire extinguisher by the kitchen, next to the refrigerator. - There is a first aid kit under the kitchen sink. - We have an oven/microwave (2-in-1). Please don’t place metals or plastic inside (besides the trays and racks already inside which can remain). Under the kitchen island you will find glass containers that can be used for reheating food (not the lids).
