Photos may appear more spacious, but please note it reflects a typical urban-style room in Tokyo. - Includes a combined bedroom/dining/kitchen area, as well as a separate washroom, toilet, and bathroom. [Bedroom/Dining/Kitchen Area] - One bunk bed with single-size mattresses on both the upper and lower levels. - An additional pull-out bed is available beneath the bunk bed. - One futon set is provided. - There’s a dining table for two. - A TV is included. - Air conditioning is available. - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and various cooking utensils for your convenience. - General tableware and cookware, including children’s tableware, are also provided. [Washroom/Toilet] - A separate sink is available. - A hairdryer is provided. - The toilet seat features a washlet and seat warming function. [Bathroom] - The automatic hot water system lets you get hot water with just the push of a button. - Body soap and shampoo are provided for your convenience. Guest access This facility is reserved for private use, so please feel free to use all rooms and equipment. Other things to note [Early Check-In] The standard check-in time is 4:00 PM; however, early check-in may be available from 3:00 PM if cleaning has been completed. If cleaning is still in progress, access to the room will not be possible. In such cases, you may leave your luggage in the entrance, but please ensure all valuables are kept with you. [Late Check-Out] Check-out time is 10:00 AM, and late check-out is not available. This is to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guest. If you check out later than 10:00 AM, a fee of 1,000 yen per 30 minutes will apply to cover the cleaning staff’s waiting time. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. [Luggage Storage Before Check-In] You may store your luggage in the entrance area after 12:00 PM on your check-in day. Please ensure valuables remain with you. For better security and convenience, we recommend using the coin lockers at JR Oji Station. Please note that the property cannot take responsibility for stored items. [Luggage Storage After Check-Out] Unfortunately, we do not offer luggage storage after check-out. This is to ensure timely cleaning and preparation for the next guest.
