Our team is in the process of revitalizing the Valley Brook Cottages, transforming this quaint spot into a guest favorite for unforgettable mountain getaways. This is the perfect destination to explore what the White Mountains have to offer, such as skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, kayaking, and fishing. Conveniently located about 13 minutes from the ski town of Lincoln, and 20 minutes from Waterville Valley. The space Valley Brook Cottage #8 is a cozy & charming retreat for a couple or small family getaway. This space features one bedroom with a queen bed and Roku TV, an efficiently simple kitchen with a mini fridge & gas stove, and a cozy living room with an electric fireplace, another Roku TV, & an additional small fridge. Guest access You'll have private access to the entire cottage. There is a lockbox on the door for easy contactless check in. Each cottage has their own parking spot directly next to the cottage entrance. There is a fire pit, BBQ grill, and picnic table available for each cottage as well. During the summer months there is free access to the outdoor pool and lounge area. Other things to note The water at Valley Brook comes from a well and we are continuously working on the water filtration system here. Currently, the water is not harmful if consumed and is totally fine for showering and cooking. However, the minerals in the water from the well do give it a funny taste for drinking water. For this reason, bringing drinking water with you is recommended.
