With a fire pit, huge outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, and a playful cubby house, there’s something for everyone—including your furry friends. After a day of adventure enjoying everything this beautiful region has to offer, store your bikes, paddleboards and beach gear in the large double garage and secure yard. Bay Leaf is a dream location for families as there’s a fantastic local park at the end of the street with bike jumps, a playground, and plenty of space for kids to run free. Long days of exploring lead to movie nights (fast wifi and Netflix) in the cosy living room with wood burning fire place and retreating to your luxurious bedroom crafted for restful nights. Bayleaf features four bedrooms, and sleeps 7. Bedroom 1 ~ Queen bed Bedroom 2 ~ Queen bed Bedroom 3 ~ Single bed Bedroom 4 ~ Single bed and single trundle (bedding provided for trundle) Bayleaf also features a renovated bathroom with bath (great for blissful time out OR the kids!) and a separate toilet. To keep you comfortable all year round, enjoy ducted heating and cooling and instant gas hot water. The perfect home for families, groups and couples (traveling with their furry friends!). Here’s a few of our favourite spots close by: Aldinga Beach - Just a 5-minute walk for safe swimming, beach games, and scenic picnics. Snapper Point & Aldinga Reef Aquatic Reserve - 4-minute drive for snorkeling, tide pool exploration, and coastal views. Symonds Reserve - 5-minute drive with playground, picnic areas, and bike jumps for kids to enjoy. The Washpool - 7-minute drive to explore a unique coastal wetland habitat with walking trails. Silver Sands Beach - 10-minute drive with vehicle access to the beach, perfect for family picnics by the shore. Willunga Farmers Market - 15-minute drive for local produce, food stalls, and community events on Saturday mornings. McLaren Vale Wineries - 15-20 minutes away with several wineries offering family-friendly areas, lawns, and activities. Onkaparinga River National Park - 25-minute drive with hiking trails, wildlife spotting, and picnic areas ideal for families. Kuitpo Forest Tree Climb - 20-minute drive to an exciting treetop adventure with zip lines, obstacles, and climbing courses for all ages. Guest access You have access to the entire house and secure, gated property while you are here. Double garage is available to guests with one private shed onsite (not available).
