Come relax and recharge in the sun, in the quiet of a pine forest located on Mont Saint Loup on the heights of Cap d'Agde. Chalet for 4/6 people of 35 m2 with a terrace of 16 m2. Enjoy a heated pool from April to October. Direct access to bike paths: beach 3 km away, shops 2 km away. No entertainment in the residence but amusement park and port 2 km away. Weekend rental (2 nights min)/week Free WIFI. The space 35 m2 chalet with a 16 m2 covered terrace. So that you can enjoy your vacation with peace of mind, the chalet is fully equipped: - In the kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer, stove, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook. - In the living room: TV, 3-seater sofa bed, height-adjustable coffee table, Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning. - In the bedrooms: beds with new and comfortable bedding and closets. - In the bathroom: shower, lots of storage and washing machine - On the enclosed terrace there is a sitting area and a dining area equipped with an electric barbecue. - For your comfort the chalet has roller shutters with integrated mosquito nets. Linens are not provided, please bring your own sheets and towels. At the entrance to the residence, you will find free private parking to park. In order to respect everyone's peace and safety, access to the cottages is pedestrian (except to unload your luggage and groceries). You will also find a petanque court, ping pong table and a soccer area for children. Optionally, Possibility to rent a flyer 5.5 motorboat equipped with a Suzuki 115 hp engine Other things to note In order to cover the cleaning fee and any minor damage, we require a deposit of €150 by bank transfer. This amount will be fully refunded after the concierge has checked and confirmed that everything is in order in the accommodation. Please transfer this amount the day before your arrival. Housekeeping is not included in the price, so we ask that you return the chalet clean (as well as the fridge and barbecue) with the garbage cans emptied. If you wish, a cleaning fee is possible.
