A few minutes from the northern terminus of tram 4, (always a seat!). 2 minutes on foot and you are at the rear entrance (not indicated on the maps, but existing) of the Turin Stura Station, served by the SFM (Metropolitan Railway Service), lines 1, 2, 4, 6 and 7. The space Entire apartment in a very special house, designed in 1951 by a famous Turin architect, Prof. Giovanni Astengo, who led the group of designers in charge of building the entire neighborhood with criteria far removed from those of speculative construction. Located on the mezzanine floor with double access from the street and the condominium garden, with three enviable exposures (2 bedrooms to the east, bathroom and kitchen to the south and living room to the west). Parquet floors throughout the house (except bathroom and kitchen). Bright and cozy, it's a bit old, like an old house loved as it is, a bit neglected... It was a smokers' house. It is our home of the heart, it is certainly not perfect but we love it immensely even so and we have a lot of happy memories that bind us to it!!! You have to give it back to us!!! ;-) Guest access The house will be entirely available for guests' use, but since we keep some of our belongings and mementos, please do not open drawers and doors in the living room and do not touch items inside the furniture in the rooms. Other things to note The bedrooms are exposed to the east and you wake up with the scent of the meadows and the singing of the birds and with the sun rising right on the other side of the garden. Enchanting and regenerating!
