On going repairs will continue from damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in Sept and Nov 2022. There is beach access still available right next door walking (North of the building). As private owners in the resort, you may require assistance during your stay. Please rest assured that you can contact me and more than willing to help you with any issues or concerns you may have. On the day of arrival prior to 3PM, you will receive a check-in message containing all the instructions necessary for your stay. Please note you will have one parking pass, can be found in the condo and must be returned to the condo upon your departure to avoid a service charge of $60.00 for replacement. If you are planning to stay for more than 2 days, kindly remember to bring your own toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and other personal care items. Additionally, please note that you will be responsible for providing extra toilet paper and trash bags, as we only supply a small starter pack to get our guests started. For Beach access you would need to exit from the front lobby, make a right and walk passed the parking garage, make a right and it is between the two buildings.
