Comfortable two-room apartment for 3 people, one block from the Botanical Garden. Located in the Palermo neighborhood, in an area surrounded by transportation (metro, bus, train), shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Located on the second floor, accessed by stairs. The space The apartment has 45 square meters in total, is located on the second floor by stairs, has a bedroom, a living room with access to the kitchen, and a full bathroom. It has its own 100 MB WiFi network. Living/Dining Room: It has a table and chairs for 4 people, hot/cold air conditioning, a 40" TV with cable. It has a sofa bed (194 x 70 cm) for a third guest, a coffee table, a desk with chair to be able to use and a window overlooking the building's green space. Kitchen: All essential appliances: refrigerator with freezer, oven, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle, set of pots, pans, utensils, cutlery and sink. It has a washing machine inside the apartment. Bedroom: It has a double bed (190x140 cm) with a high-density foam mattress, a bedside table with a lamp, cold air conditioning, an electric heat screen for the cold season, a closet, a 32" Smart TV, and a window overlooking the building's lung Full bathroom: It has a bathtub, shower, toilet and bidet. Includes sets of towels, sheets and bedding. Hair dryer and iron. Guest access It is a traditional building, the apartment is located on a SECOND FLOOR ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS, in a traditional, quiet and residential building. Other things to note - CHECK-IN: After 3:00 PM. Schedule to be agreed upon so that staff can be available. * Late in-person check-in hours: 7 pm to 9 am will be arranged with agency staff at an additional cost of between 20 and 30 USD, depending on the indicated arrival time. -CHECK OUT: Until 10:00 AM. - Early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed. It will depend on the availability at the time, whether there is a reservation the night before or the day of departure. - Cleaning: The cleaning fee refers to the apartment's cleanliness upon check-in in optimal conditions with sheets and towels. Daily cleaning or any other type of cleaning is not included. 1 set of towels is left per person and 1 set of sheets per bed with pillows and blanket. Extra cleaning service is offered for any time of the stay with an additional cost, with our trained and trusted staff. For stays longer than 14 nights, a thorough cleaning with a change of linens will be carried out in the apartment. The payment of the service will be charged to the guest to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, with our trained and trusted staff. The day and time will be arranged after the reservation is made. Service cost USD 10. For monthly stays, a MANDATORY cleaning service will be carried out in the apartment with a change of linens every 14 nights. It will be available subject to availability. Please ask. There is an additional charge of $5 per night. - Lost keys: The cost for losing apartment or building keys will be USD 50.
