COPROT Overnight Turtle Experience! Looking for an adventure? Join our team of marine biologists and spend the night with us in our jungle camp. You will have a tour of our research station and learn all about our work. Have dinner with us in the jungle before heading out on night patrol to look for nesting sea turtles on one of our beaches. After an evening of turtle action wake up for a beach sunrise and breakfast. Price is $75 dollars per person. The space The private cabin is raised above the ground and includes 2 bunk beds with added protection against mosquitoes or insects. It is located less than 50m from Rio Oro Beach, one of the wildest beaches in the country with lots of wildlife everywhere. The camp built with nature in mind, includes the following amenities : a shared basic kitchen, chill out area, western shared bathrooms, greenhouse with a medicinal section and a recycling area. Guest access From Puerto Jimenez if you don’t have your own car, you can either take the colectivo or a taxi to COPROT.
