Charming 26m2 studio located only 4 minutes walk from the famous Buttes Chaumont park. The space It is a 26m² studio located on the 1st floor with lift. It is composed of: - An open kitchen equipped and functional: fridge, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine... - A living room with a sofa, a double bed and TV - A bathroom with bath and toilet - Storage space - TV and high speed internet - Bed linen and towels provided Guest access You will have access to the whole flat, so you can feel at home. Other things to note We ask you to provide us with the necessary supporting documents: - 1 proof of identity - 1 proof of reason for stay (work or school) - 1 e-mail address 1 contract will be sent to you by email and an inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure. --- Arrival during the WEEK - Check-in: between 3pm and 6pm An agent will contact you to plan your arrival and discuss key collection arrangements. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office. WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
