We are close to all the casinos, restaurants, and entertainment options that make Vegas famous, but our hotel was designed without an onsite casino to create a comfortable, welcoming retreat for families. Instead, we bring entertainment to you with 3 outdoor pools, a 3D movie theater, and 4 outdoor hot tubs. Kick back and relax with massage therapists, a sauna, and tanning beds onsite. Lounge in a cool Vegas breeze at one of our poolside cabana rentals or have fun with the kids in the game room and movie theater. Stay committed to your routine at the fitness center, and take care of any work-related matters at the business center. Spacious resort condos feature WiFi, flat screen TVs, and a washer and dryer. Our 1 Bedroom Deluxe units feature varying bed types that cannot be guaranteed. Most likely a king or queen sized bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook dinner in the comfort of your own condo with plenty of room to spread out in the dining area. Things to Do in the Area: Fountains of Bellagio: Witness the famous fountain show at the Bellagio, a mesmerizing display of water, music, and light. Fremont Street Experience: Explore this iconic pedestrian area known for its overhead LED canopy, street performers, and live music. GUEST NAME CHANGE POLICY Guest name changes on the reservation must be made more than 15 days prior to check-in. The resort charges a $99 guest name change on the reservation. RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY All date, unit, or location changes made are subject to a $30 change fee. Any changes are subject to the resort’s availability. CANCELLATION POLICY A full refund will be provided for cancellations that are made 31 days prior to check-in. A 50%refund will be provided for cancellations 30 to 15 days prior to check-in. No refund will be given within 14 days of check-in. LOCAL CHARGES (MOST RESORTS) $150.00- $360.00 Security Deposit will be paid on arrival and be refunded on departure. Parking Fee: Most resorts have free parking, but it is not guaranteed. Resort Fee: Most resorts do charge a refundable security deposit.
