The Bayside Tree House

Spring is the loveliest season to come to The Bayside Treehouse with birdlife returning and perfect temperature. You will love cooking in the spacious, open kitchen and enjoy the covered timber decks set amidst the trees and overlooking the bay. Phegans Bay is only 5 minutes to bush walks, the beaches, cafes, shopping, and nightlife. The space You will enjoy a huge open plan living room and kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom-laundry. Bi-fold doors open to decks on all sides, and the L-shape bathes the house in sunlight. Two extra guests can also be accommodated in the living area. Please be sure you understand that your host, Frances, will give you privacy, but that during your visit, she will be staying in the rooms on the level above. Guest access It's best to park at the top of the driveway rather than down on the street. There are 20 timber stairs to the front door. Other things to note The Treehouse has reverse cycle air conditioning. Our bathroom is equipped with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. These are all paraben and sulphate free. Our pantry staples include eggs, toast, butter, breakfast cereals, long life milk, a variety of tea bags, coffee for plunger, sugar, olive oil, herbs & spices, herbs (also available fresh in the garden), pepper & salt.
