The studio is perfect for solo travelers or couples, with a comfy bed, and fast Wi-Fi for those working remotely. Guest access You will have access to the entire studio apartment above the garage. Please note, guests are not allowed access to the garage during their stay. Other things to note *We live next door and will share the driveway with you. It shouldn’t be an issue, as there’s plenty of space. *Please note, we have young children who sometimes play outside (usually chasing chickens!). While they stay away from the rental space, you may hear faint noise during their playtime. We’re confident it won’t impact your stay. *The space is cooled by a window unit air conditioning and heated by a whole room space heater. *Baby items available upon request, including a Pack 'n Play. *Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited indoors and on the property.
