Lambriggan Court - Tonkin Cottage

Beautiful one-bedroomed studio barn conversion at Lambriggan Court, a small farm in a delightful rural location. It is situated in a peaceful area close to the north Cornwall coast. Great beaches close by and lovely walks directly from the cottage (you can walk to a great country pub with good food in about 30 minutes down a pretty green lane). Free eggs The space Tonkin cottage has a spacious open plan bedroom/living room with dining area. It is a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing retreat. Our cottages are appointed to a luxurious standard and our guests tell us that they feel instantly at home here. Our grounds extend to around eight acres and there are many beautiful spots to relax, perhaps watching the moorhens on one of our lakes, spending time with our chickens as they go about their business or enjoying an aperitif in the evening sun that catches the courtyard garden. There is a choice of gorgeous beaches just a few minutes drive from Lambriggan Court. Perranporth has three miles of wide, golden sand while Trevaunance is a picture-postcard cove with lovely bars and cafes, and Chapel Porth is a small beach with just a small National Trust cafe. Guest access The cottage is self-contained and is situated in a beautiful courtyard of traditional Cornish barns. It has its own access and is very private. There are a total of five cottages at Lambriggan Court, all in Grade II listed converted barns. There is a sitting area outside the cottage, a shared garden adjoining the courtyard and eight acres of grounds including gardens, two small lakes, woodland, pasture and an orchard. There is a jungle house next to one of the lakes where you can sit and relax and watch the wildlife. Other things to note Sorry no pets, infants or children under 12
