There is unlimited free wifi suitable for video streaming and video conferencing. All furniture and appliances are new. The apartment offers a private balcony for you to relax. Guest access Our guests will have exclusive use of the apartment. Other things to note There is a fridge. Air conditioning switch at the balcony. Carpet due to replace, meantime I'm offer free slippers for you to take away, brand new for every guests. Everything we refill before guests' entry. However, if you need anything extra, check in carbinet, it should have stock there. Extra blanket (different size) in bedroom. Please clean the oven (as we just replace a new one) and throw rubbish (it's right next to my door) before you check out. Disclaimer If you guys use the oven, please clean it else it will have a $80 cleaning fee. 2hrs after checking, customer will raise any issues with the property else customer agrees everything is in order and clean.
