This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom two-story home offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment. Featuring an open-concept living room with modern decor, it's ideal for relaxing. Kindly contact the host to request heating of the pool, specifying your desired times. Please note that, in accordance with our county quiet hours, both the pool and spa will automatically shut off at 11:00 PM. Pool heating is available upon request for only $100 per day (Must be on for the entirety of your stay). Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival if you would like this turned on. Lastly, please avoid removing or turning off the pool vacuum as this may cause harm/damage. *PET POLICY* We welcome all our furry friends! $150 for the first one or two pets. For any additional pets please let me know, the fee is $50 per pet beyond two. This is a one-time fee. Please be advised that any damages caused by pets (including pet waste behind left and excessive pet hair in bed sheets) or unauthorized pets may incur an additional charge of up to $500. *SECURITY CAMERAS* For everyone's safety, there are 2 outdoor security cameras on property that records audio and video 24/7. They do NOT look into interior spaces. These cameras are ONLY on the exterior, NONE are located inside. *QUIET HOURS* 11 pm - 7 am every day. You must turn off all backyard lights during quiet hours, according to the city's rules. *MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY* Our home has a maximum capacity of 16 guests. Please reach out if you have any questions! Guest access Guests are able to enjoy the entire property Parking: Driveway parking (2 cars) and street parking available Other things to note Early Check-In / Late Check-Out – Requests must be made 48 hours before arrival and depend on same-day bookings. May include a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout: $100 charge. Smoking – No smoking inside. Any odor or evidence will result in a $500 fee for deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties & Noise – Parties/events prohibited. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. The home uses a NoiseAware monitor and Ring cameras (front & back). Evidence of a party (footage, trash, noise, etc.) may result in a $500 fine, possible eviction without refund, legal action, and additional cleaning/damage charges. Camera Tampering – Do not unplug or tamper with Ring cameras. Violations may result in fines up to $500. Damage or Missing Items – Guests are responsible for replacement cost plus up to a $250 fine for damaged or missing property (furnishings, décor, landscaping, linens, etc.). Towels & Linens – Keep linens in good condition. Do not use towels for makeup removal or cleaning. Permanent stains count as damage. Thermostat – Due to Nevada’s desert climate, the A/C cannot be set below 70°F (21°C). Lower settings may freeze the unit and cause it to stop working. Fans are provided in each room to help keep you comfortable during the summer.
