The guest room is in a private house on the second floor. The floor has two bedrooms with three beds ( One full size and two single beds),one sofa bed in the living room.The room have attached bathroom and guests gets exclusive access of kitchen, living room. We are pet free and non smoking listing. Please do not ask to bring any kind of pets due to allergy reason. We also are unable to host children under 4. Living room has a sleeper sectional to cozy up and 55" tv with free Roku channels, Netflix , Spotify on the house. There is no onsite parking available, but street parking is easily available. Guest access Guests have access to private bathroom, kitchen, living room. Guests only will be sharing common places with us, landing and front porch.The unit is accessible through the front of the house. During your stay We live in the property and always available in person to answer any question. We can be contacted via Airbnb app or text once the guests are here. Other things to note My house is located in Jackson Heights near both La Guardia airport and major subway station. It is a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood with access to subway stations, groceries, restaurants, pharmacy, laundromat and parks are recreations.
