Just 15 minutes from the beaches and the center of Royan, beautiful 200 m2 main house fully restored. Featuring 3 bedrooms and a game room with sofa bed, this home can accommodate 10 people for vacations with family or friends. Two bedrooms have their own shower room, plus a separate bathroom. For an off-season stay, the house is also equipped with a programmable pellet insert. The space Peace and quiet assured! For everyone's enjoyment, please return the house in the same clean condition as when you arrived!
