Located in the heart of the "Hollywood" neighborhood where you can find a large selection of restaurants, cafes & grocery stores. The space 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom & private balcony on the 1st floor and living room with sofa bed, kitchen & dining on the ground floor. Swimming pool on the back of the building. Shared bikes are at your disposal at all time so you can go around the city. Fully equipped kitchen - Espresso machine (and free coffee pods!). The table is for 4 people & additional 4 seatings at the kitchen bar. 55" Smart TV with Netflix & HBO max, Safety box is large enough for Laptop/cameras) Housekeeping included for free once a week for longer stay. This unit has a lock-off door connecting to a separate studio with an independent entrance. So if you need a bigger apartment let me know in advance and it might be available as a 2 bedrooms for an extra fee per night. I live in Playa for many years now so I can give you great recommendations to make your visit unforgettable. Other things to note If you decide to rent a car please let me know in advance so I can reserve the private parking for you if available and if not there are several free parking spots in the street right by the entrance of the building.
