Private room and lounge in quaint converted barn

The house is a 200 year converted barn located on a ridge with great views. There are no neighbours right next door but here are some down the road and they have 2 lovely dogs. As there are no fences on the property the dogs come and go as they please, so please note the dogs may come and visit. You are more than welcome to bring your own dog if it is friendly. The space The guest area is all downstairs. There is a section of the house for sole use by guests. There is a lounge area with an open fire place and sofa chairs. Behind a closed curtain is a bedroom for guests with a wardrobe and queen sized bed. Two double doors lead out on to an undercover seating area with wonderful views. Guest access Guests may use the kitchen and have access to the dining area, bathroom, toilet and outside undercover area where you can also eat and relax. You have your own lounge area. During your stay My interaction is up to you, I am happy to leave you to it or help you out if needed. You can have as much privacy as you desire. Other things to note I also rent the whole house out and that is on a separate listing on Air BNB. I also go to Africa during the winter and maybe willing to rent my house out during this time.
