🌿 Peaceful 12-acre countryside stay. Renovated home with 2 bedrooms downstairs, 3 upstairs, a game room with billiards, full kitchen, outdoor dining area and hot tub. Guests have access to the house and fenced area. For safety and allergy reasons, guests are responsible for filling the hot tub and purchasing their own chemicals. A propane tank is available for the grill; refilling is the guest’s responsibility. Enjoy nature and quiet surroundings. The space There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs! There's a game room upstairs with a billiard table and a hot tub outside by a beautiful brunch table! Guest access The entire house and property is available for guests! Anything outside the fenced area is quite dangerous to walk due to bugs, wildlife and poison Ivy. We do not recommend stepping outside of the fenced area. Homeowner is not liable for anything occurring outside this area. Other things to note No live ammunition allowed at the property
