Perle du Loir, charming little house!

"Perle du Loir", with its bucolic setting, invites you to put your bags down and treat yourself to a break filled with calm 🦚, rest 🦉, and recovery 🙏. Nestled in a green setting in the municipality of Lunay, tucked between the Perche and the Loir Valley, "Perle du Loir" offers a view of an expanse of wooded valleys and hillsides with rich and varied soil. Along the town for 8 km, the Loir gives it this sweetness that is dear to Ronsard. Welcome 🌺 The space Completely and recently renovated, "Perle du Loir" awaits you for a relaxing stay. This place is suitable for up to 4 guests, camping cars and converted van are not allowed to park in my parking lot and will be considered additional guests. The cottage is on one level, with an extensive entrance serving 2 beautiful bedrooms including 1 through which giving access to a small office ideal for remote work (free Wi-Fi). From the very bright living room and cocooning of 37m2, you have 2 possible access to the exteriors, a first part of which is organized under a majestic lime tree 🌳 with table and garden chairs allowing you to enjoy your meals alfresco as well as 4 garden chairs. A second outdoor area is set up as a relaxation/solarium area with sunbeds without any vis-à-vis🫂. My house is not located in the center of town (about 3 minutes by car) which offers in particular (but not only....), a convenience store as well as a bakery/pastry shop. The municipality of Lunay has a leisure base offering multiple activities: - Fishing including 3 disabled locations, - Miscellaneous sports: . Tennis: 2 outdoor courts and 1 wall, . Football: 2 courts, . Boules: 2 fields available, . Gymnasium and Cultural Center of 300 seats including 180 step chairs, . Undergrowth walk, . Picnic area, shaded tables. - Departure from 1 hiking and horseback riding tour Vendôme (TGV station 5 min away) and Montoire-sur-le-Loir are about 12 km away and offer all the amenities of a city (restaurants, shopping center, shops, pharmacy etc...). Chambord 🏰 and Blois are in a nearby perimeter, it's a 40-minute drive. The municipality of Villiers-sur-Loir (5 min by car) also offers shops but also a nautical leisure base (sailing school⛵️, supervised swimming area🏖 etc....). Sheets are provided. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Bedding is disinfected between each rental. ⚠️ Towels are only provided beyond 2 nights ⚠️. I want to host my residents myself. ⚠️The cleaning fee is not included in the reservation, so cleaning is your responsibility⚠️ Private parking 2 spaces is also available next to the cottage. I also offer 2 adult bikes for your bucolic rides (on request). Other things to note This accommodation is not suitable for children and is not equipped accordingly. The beds will be made upon your arrival. ⚠️ Bath towels will only be provided for stays longer than 2 nights⚠️ No pets are allowed. And of course parties and evenings are totally prohibited. In addition, the recent individual sanitation (all-water pit) has been redone to standards. Please use the products available to you exclusively for cleaning (no bleach and we do not throw anything in the toilet except toilet paper of course😉). Thank you very much.
