With amazing views directly over Ingleborough, the Cow Shed is a stunning 400 year old converted shippon with exposed stone walls and beams just a 10 minute drive from The Yorkshire Dales. We're next to the Forest of Bowland and just a short drive away to the Lake District National Park. Luxurious accommodation with stable doors onto your own private garden. The Cow Shed is self-contained with a key box for access. We are a smallholding set in around 30 acres with sheep, horses and chickens. The space The Cow Shed is situated on a smallholding which is located about 100 meters down a private lane. Each room has a stable door straight on to your own private garden. Other things to note The property overlooks Ingleborough in the Yorkshire Dales and is just a 5 mile drive away. Kirkby Lonsdale, a lovely town just over the border into Cumbria, is a 20 minute drive away as is Settle in the opposite direction. The southern Lakes are around a 40 minute drive away. The property is located directly on a footpath so (should you wish to!) you can park up the car and walk to the Dales or the Forest of Bowland straight from your front door! Please note that the Cow Shed is an old building we have converted to a holiday let. Although it is on one floor, there is a significant step down to the front door, raised thresholds into the property via all 3 entrances and two steps up to the garden area which is on an incline. The ground in the car parking area is very unlevel in places and contains steps. Fresh towels and bed linen are included. Please note that strictly no dog to be left unaccompanied in the property at any time.
