Each bedroom has its own private bathroom — a feature guests especially appreciate when traveling with family or friends. Natural morning light, comfortable beds, and peaceful surroundings create ideal conditions for proper rest. Portable AC helps keep the space comfortable even during hotter summer weeks. 🚿 BATHROOMS Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Please note that both bathrooms are compact and practically designed, with shower and toilet sharing the same space. Comfortable for most guests, but worth knowing in advance so expectations are clear before booking. 🍳 KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped for proper everyday cooking — ideal for longer stays, family meals, and guests who prefer packing less. Everything needed for comfortable daily cooking and practical longer stays is available. ♿ ACCESSIBILITY The apartment is fully barrier-free throughout. Wide doorways, step-free access, roll-in bathroom accessibility, and easy movement across the entire property make the space comfortable for guests who value accessible movement. 🌳 OUTDOOR SPACE The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the stay. Step outside and enjoy peaceful mountain surroundings, fresh air, and beautiful open views across the surrounding landscape, with Kriváň visible directly from the garden. Open the back gate and step directly onto hiking and biking trails leading into the surrounding forests and mountains. Ideal for hiking, cycling, family holidays, dog-friendly stays, and exploring the wider Tatras and Liptov region. Guest access You’ll have full private access to the entire mountain apartment together with access to the fully fenced backyard - a safe and welcoming outdoor space perfect for children and dogs. The outdoor area includes two patios, playhouse, sandpit, swing, BBQ, outdoor summer cinema, and plenty of space to relax while enjoying the peaceful mountain surroundings. Please note that the backyard is a shared outdoor space. Our family (with two young children) also uses the garden from time to time, but we are always mindful to respect guest privacy and keep interactions minimal. If you would prefer to enjoy the yard fully privately during your stay, simply let us know before booking and we’ll be happy to arrange it. Other things to note For everyone’s safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the house entrance and backyard exterior only. There are no cameras indoors or in any private guest areas. The nearest local shop closes at 17:00 on weekdays and 12:00 on Saturdays. We recommend stocking up on groceries before arrival in Liptovský Mikuláš (20 min) or Liptovský Hrádok (10 min), especially if arriving later in the day. Please note that both bathrooms are compact and practically designed, meaning the shower and toilet share one enclosed space rather than being separated. Most guests find this perfectly comfortable, but we prefer to mention it clearly in advance. This is a peaceful mountain property designed for quiet stays, nature-focused trips, and slower travel rather than parties or loud gatherings.
